Description

Heartland Counseling Services, Inc. is a 501 c 3 private non profit who provides mental health and substance abuse counseling to those in need. We offer sliding scale for all of our services.

The tournament is on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Covington Links Golf Course in South Sioux City, Nebraska. It's a 11:00am Shotgun start. Lunch and dinner will be included in the tournament fee.

We will have payouts for three flights for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd teams. We are looking for prizes to give to winners and also raffle prizes for golfers.
