On 19 August 2023, Riverwalk Adult Day Services will host their 40th anniversary fundraiser. The fundraiser will be an exciting event in collaboration with Aspen Lane Winery with a picnic, barbecue, music, games, and raffles—fun for the whole family. Our goal of raising $25,000 will help launch an exciting new program Riverwalk Recreational Services.  We need your help to achieve this worthy goal through your generous donation or sponsorship.

Did you know that many young adults with special needs have nowhere to go for social contact, intellectual stimulation, and recreation once they transition out of our excellent school services at age 22?  Their families desperately need a solution, as they must work, but cannot leave their adult children alone during the day.  They need your help!  Your support in launching Riverwalk Recreational Services would provide this underserved population with the critical services they need. 

In addition to introducing this new program, we continue to celebrate and grow Riverwalk’s treasured past of senior care.  There are over 11 million people nationwide providing care for people with dementia and for 40 years, Riverwalk has helped care for cherished seniors who have devoted their lives to our families and community.  And now we wish to offer similarly enriching experiences for adults with special needs.
