We are hosting our 41st Annual EES Professional Growth Day on Monday, October 9, 2023. This day provides our dedicated staff with professional training and development, and we make the day as informative and enjoyable as possible by including team building, motivational mentoring, and other fun activities. Our last event was held in October of 2019 before COVID. We're excited to be able to continue our event!
 
Educational Enrichment Systems, Inc. (EES) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing equity in education. Our mission is to create opportunities for the underserved to become the future leaders through quality early education. We have proudly served families throughout San Diego County for 43 years and currently educate 1,300 children a year at our 19 preschool locations in Chula Vista, Linda Vista, National City, San Diego, and Vista.
 
Our teaching staff – caring, diverse, and passionate – empower students from underserved communities through a developmentally appropriate, research-based instructional practice that is culturally and linguistically appropriate for the families and children we serve.
 
You can help us make this event a great success by donating a door prize – gift baskets, tickets, and gift certificates are all amazing incentives and would be wonderful surprises for our hard-working teachers and support staff.
