The Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne, the premiere youth serving agency in our area, will be hosting our 4th Annual Beef Steak and Tricky Tray at our main club house on Saturday, March 11, 2017.  The Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne currently serves over 1600 members ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years of age from the borough of Hawthorne and surrounding communities.  Proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to expand and enrich our programs for children with special needs.  Our goal is to increase the different programs that we currently offer but to also ensure that there is an adequate amount of staff to ensure the safety and enrichment of our program participants.  The benefits to the children that we work with in these programs are invaluable.  They are able to participate in activities designed for them with peers, free from judgement.
