Boys & Girls Club of Hawthorne has been a cornerstone of the community since opening it's doors in 1947. Serving some 1,600 youth annually, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hawthorne provides a safe, structured and positive environment for young people after school, during holidays and summer vacation.
Our club currently serves over 1600 youth members ranging in age from 3 months to 18 years from the borough of Hawthorne and surrounding communities. Past events have enabled our Club to provide our After School and educational programs with additional instructional manipulatives, educational media and other resources and to purchase needed sports equipment. The benefits to our children are significant and invaluable.
