The Cuidado Casero Foundation is hosting its 4th Annual Scholarship Awards & Fundraiser Gala “Havana Nights” on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at the Worthington Renaissance Hotel Fort Worth. The Scholarship Fundraiser Gala is an event that raises funds for need-based scholarships to support Hispanic nursing students in Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding counties.

This premier evening event celebrates the student recipients of our Nursing Scholarships and recognizes an individual (Hispanic Healthcare Excellence Award) who makes a true difference in the lives of our students.

We are inviting you to join us by supporting our gala as a sponsor. All proceeds of the Scholarship Awards and Fundraiser Gala go to The Scholarship Fund. All scholarship awards go to Hispanic students that are currently in or have been accepted into a nursing program and who demonstrate financial need, as well as the ability, commitment, and desire to continue their education in nursing beyond high school.

Cuidado Casero Foundation supports increasing the Hispanic nursing workforce by providing scholarships to Hispanic students pursuing a degree in nursing, and by partnering with organizations such as Texas Health to increase the number of scholarships.
