Description

Dear Community Member:

The John Paul II Polish Language School in Walnut Creek, CA, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and has been serving the educational needs of Bay Area families for fifty years. This year, our school enrolled 120 students, grades pre-K through high school. Our school relies solely on tuition, donations, and the annual fundraiser – Barborka Ball Dinner and Dance with Silent Auction. This year is very special for our school as it marks our 50th Anniversary which we will celebrate at the Barborka Ball. The event will take place on October 14, 2017 in San Ramon, CA. All proceeds from the event will directly support and enhance the educational programs in our school.

We hope that you will consider making a tax-deductible donation for our auction (Tax ID 23-7012816). Your support will be recognized at the event and will make a difference in the education of the children.

Please contact the Auction Coordinator, Karolina Mancino, at polishschoolfundraising@gmail.com or
925-639-4680, or mail your donation to:

School of Polish Language
Attn: Silent Auction
P.O. Box 5439
Walnut Creek, CA 94596

Our school needs around $65,000 each year to function. This funds the rent, insurance, teachers, school events, curriculum development, supplements and other expenses. Your donation helps keep our school in operation and serving the Polish community in the Bay Area.
The faculty, parents, and especially the students, thank you in advance for your generosity.

Warm regards,
Karolina Mancino
