Grandma's Place is an emergency shelter for children- from birth to the age of 12- who have been removed from their home by the Department of Children and family (DCF) due to abuse or neglect. All children including sibling groups and children with disabilities, are welcomed to Grandma's. Our mission is to provide a safe haven and loving care to the children we serve. The agency is unique as it is the ONLY certified emergency shelter for children from birth to the age of twelve left in Palm Beach County. Every year Grandma's Place hosts a luncheon to raise the necessary funds to continue its mission. This year the 8th Annual Grandma's Place luncheon will be held at the Sailfish Club in Palm Beach, we anticipate 250 guests at this function. This luncheon rings in the holiday season with a wine reception, a fabulous silent auction followed by a live auction.
