On Thursday, June 16, 2022, the Humboldt Park Health Foundation will host our Eighth Annual Power of Community Gala – Transforming Wellness at The Drake Hotel in Chicago. As a safety-net hospital, Humboldt Park Health serves low-income and vulnerable residents in the community, including those with little or no insurance. Our patients have many chronic health issues, such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, behavioral health disorders, and substance use; they also face major disparities in access to care and outcomes. Proceeds from this year’s Gala will help provide equipment for the upcoming state-of-the-art custom 40,000 square foot Wellness Center facility adjacent to the Humboldt Park Health campus.
