Jacob's House will be holding our 9th annual golf tournament at the Bear Creek Golf Club in Murrieta, CA on May 15th, 2023, allowing all individuals the opportunity to come out, support and be apart of giving back to an organization that will keep on giving and stand the test of time.

My name is Jaclyn Granillo, and I serve on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, Jacob’s House. I am also the sister of an amazing brother who left too soon.  My family created our non-profit organization in honor of my brother, Jacob Nelson who tragically passed away in a car accident when he was only 24 years old in October of 2006. At his passing, many days/years of heartache laid ahead of my family and I, yet the burning desire to make his life count and help those who may have to walk down a similar path, consumed our efforts. Jacob's House was established as a non-profit 501(c)(3) in 2007 and held it’s grand opening in September 2013. Through Jacob's House, we service the overall community by providing the necessities of a home-away-from-home to all individuals/families (free from discrimination or required attendance/participation to political, religious or social activities, or income/insured status) referred by a local Hospital. To service families in need, Jacob's House purchased and utilizes an existing 3,500 sq. ft. home. To date, since our grand opening, Jacob's House has provided the necessities of home for 1171 guests, and has supported families from over 42+ different States and 12 countries.

Jacob's House is a home of refuge where families and loved ones of those in hospitalized traumatic medical need can find hope, comfort, peace and inspiration. We are a community resource dedicated to serving families in crisis. We do this by providing a shelter for the physical, emotional and spiritual support.

We would greatly appreciate a donation to raffle/silent auction off at our 2023 Golf Tournament. Your donation will help to raise enough funds to run our daily operation for Jacob’s House and will be a donation that sows in families’ lives for years to come.
