Profound Ladies is a local nonprofit organization working to recruit and retain Black, Indigenous, Women of Color educators and then equip those women with the mentorship, training, leadership and career development pathways so their students will experience the impact of a thriving woman of color leading in classrooms, schools, and communities. We are now serving more than 80 members in 10 counties in North Carolina through cohort experiences, one-on-one coaching, and networking opportunities. 

We are hosting our 2nd annual Winter Gala on Saturday, December 10, 2022 in Raleigh, NC. Through this event we are creating a moment of joy for local teachers! It is an evening for educators to be recognized for their incredible work and loyalty to the teaching profession despite the everlasting hardships. North Carolina teacher attrition was 8.2% for this academic year totaling 8,335 teachers that left our public education system. Teachers deserve to be celebrated. 

To make this event a success, we have incorporated a raffle for education leaders to win experiences or one of a kind items in addition to our cocktail hour before our plated dinner and program begin. With an in-kind product donation or gift card, we are committed to include your name and logo in all digital and print promotional materials as well as a post of gratitude on social media.
