Back by popular demand, we are returning to Metropolitan Ball Room for the "Thanks for Giving" Party and Concert on November 10th. It will be a rocking party emceed by KARE11's Belinda Jensen and  music from Chris Hawkey and Three Decades of Rock. Party will have a silent auction, food, drinks and most importantly fun! Get ready to rock with us on November 10th!

As you may know, in June 2007, Abigail Taylor was entrapped by the suction from an uncovered pool drain.  Abbey fought for her life through 16 surgeries, a liver transplant, kidney dialysis and chemotherapy.  Sadly after 10 months of fighting, Abbey passed away from her injuries .Her hope was that no child would again suffer or die as the result of a preventable entrapment or drowning. The Abbey's Hope Charitable Foundation works tirelessly on her behalf and in her memory.

Since the launch of our Foundation and with the passage of legislation which the Foundation helped to enact, no child has died as a result of an entrapment. We believe our efforts have played a large role in this success. Unfortunately, traditional forms of drowning still plague our community and state. Last year, a record number of children and adults died from this completely preventable accident.  So much work still needs to be done.

To that end, we invite you to join our effort to prevent Minnesota children from drowning and entrapment by considering a donation to our auction at our November 10^th party. Donating to the Auction will give you a chance to showcase your organization, product, services or even personal talents to our members and beyond! We will promote the Auctions through a variety of social media campaigns.
