The Suburban Branch of the APWA Chicago Metro Chapter is hosting it's annual golf outing on Wednesday, August 28th, 2024 at The Preserve at Oak Meadows at 900 N. Wood Dale Road, Addison, Illinois. In order to ensure the success of the event we need your support for our worthy cause. The annual Suburban Branch Golf Outing generates a significant portion of the funding required to sustain the educational scholarships awarded annually. The proceeds generated by this event are used to provide scholarships to deserving individuals to further their education in the fields of Public Works and Engineering Services. Proceeds from this year’s event will also partially go towards financial contributions for PWX 2025 in Chicago. In addition to golf, a variety of sponsorship levels exist for our event and are listed in detail on the attached pages. Further, donations of merchandise, gift certificates, or other items that can be included in a door prize giveaway also serve to support the activities of the scholarship program. Any sponsorship or donation you can provide to help make the event a success would be greatly appreciated. In return, we will publicize your company’s name in marketing materials related to the event, the Suburban Branch website, and the Suburban Branch’s social media channels. As the last APWA golf event of the summer, we anticipate an outstanding turnout that will provide valuable exposure for your company. Thank you for your time and consideration.
