'An Evening at the Theater' is the Bexar County Family Justice Center's Annual Fundraising Gala. This year, the Gala will be hosted at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts on April 4th, 2023. Although, there are different levels of table and non-table sponsorships, all sponsors and donors will be recognized by displaying the business logo at the Gala. The event will consist of cocktail reception, silent auction, raffles, dinner, a musical production, and include speakers Mayor Ron Nirenberg, Retired Chief Justice Sandee Bryan Marion, along with musical guests Agarita and the Longhorn Singers. Over 250 people are expected to attend this event. All proceeds will benefit and go towards supporting the Family Justice Center. The BCFJC is a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary, victim service center that brings together a team of professionals who work together in one place, under one roof, to provide coordinated services to victims of domestic violence and other forms of interpersonal violence (like sexual assault, trafficking, stalking, elder and child abuse). The core concept is to provide one place where victims can talk to an advocate, mental health provider, police officer, DA's Office Staff, plan for their safety, and receive assistance with matters like protective orders, and public benefits. Donations enable us to continue assisting victims of domestic violence in their journey from survivor to thriver!
