Every year in December, the Rapids Volunteer Fire Company holds a Christmas Raffle. This annual event brings the family to our fire station for a chance on winning a wide variety of prizes for people of all ages. The money earned from this raffle helps to pay our all-volunteer Fire Department's utility bills, as well as provide funding for life-saving equipment. Tickets for this raffle sell out every year, and his highly talked about in our community.
