The Rapids Volunteer Fire Company, Inc provides fire and rescue protection, as well as Advanced Life Support Ambulance service to the towns of Lockport, Royalton, and Clarence. On average, we run over 1,200 emergency calls a year, as an all-volunteer Fire Company. Our protection district varies from low-income households, to special needs facilities, and large family homes. We give back to the community in the form of Fire Prevention seminars, community relation events, smoke detector checks, and replacements. We use fundraising to help pay our bills and purchase life-saving equipment.
