Each year the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, Inc. (NAJA) hosts a two day Annual Education Conference (AEC) to train and motivate our volunteers. The conference provides workshops for Chapter Officers and Committee Chairmen: President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Provisional Trainer, Service & Public Relations. There are also workshops on new ideas for service projects and parlimentary procedures. Training our volunteers allows them to make a larger impact in their communities. There are also motivational speakers and networking opportunities for our members. On Saturday night there is an Award Banquet to celebrate the accomplishments of our Chapters during the past year.

During the conference we host a raffle to raise funds. The funds raised are used to award grants to our Chapters to help pay for their service projects and to help pay for speakers at the conference and expenses such as updating and maintaining our website and purchasing computer software.
