National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, Inc. (NAJA) sponsors an Annual Education Conference. It will be attended by women eager to learn how to be servant leaders and volunteers in their communities. They will hear dynamic national speakers and attend educational workshops. There will be workshops for Chapter Officers, Parliamentary Procedures, Grant Writing and Conflict Resolution. There will be time for networking and an Award Banquet to celebrate achievements from the past year.

For over 80 years, members of NAJA have performed hands-on service to not just make a difference for children and families, but to change lives. Our 97 Junior Auxiliary (JA) Chapters in 7 states create and carry out hundreds of inspiring service projects in local schools and communities as a whole that address unmet needs.

Last year, 3,000 active members of JA Chapters served more than 200,000 children and families. Our work includes the overarching goal of breaking the cycle of dependency, be it financial, emotional, or physical. Through ongoing relationships, often with an entire family, JA empowers them to stand on their own two feet.
