Dear Community Member:

We're writing on behalf of the John Paul II Polish Language School in Walnut Creek to ask if you can make a donation to our annual fundraiser – the Barborka Ball Dinner and Dance with Silent Auction.  This event will take place November 12th, 2022 in San Ramon, and will include an auction of gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. All proceeds will directly support and enhance the educational programs in our school.

Our school typically enrolls about 150 pre-K through high school students from around the Bay Area.  We are a non-profit,  501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID 23-7012816) and our funding depends on tuition and financial support from our local community and businesses.

We recognize that the pandemic has been financially difficult for many businesses, and truly appreciate any support your company can provide.

As a thank you, we will proudly acknowledge your company on our event’s webpage, in all printed and electronic promotional materials, and through our social media channels.
