Culpepper Garden is a nonprofit affordable housing community for low-income older adults. We are located in Northern Virginia and our tax ID number is 54-1681671.  Culpepper Garden, owned by nonprofit Arlington Retirement Housing Corporation, was founded in 1969 with a mission to provide affordable housing, programs and services that allow low-income older adults aged 62 and older to thrive.

On Saturday, June 10, 2023, we will hold our 2nd Annual BBQ and Blooms Summer Bash from 4-7 pm on the gardens and grounds of our five-acre campus in Arlington, Virginia. Guests will enjoy an afternoon of live music, delicious barbeque, libations, and an exciting silent auction.  Culpepper Garden will also be honoring two outstanding philanthropic partners with our prestigious “Legacy of Grace” award. We have set a goal to raise $150,000 and proceeds from the event will be used to provide subsidy for our most frail and elderly residents in assisted living who can no longer afford their cost of care.
