I am writing on behalf of the Macungie Elementary PTO to request a donation for our Bingo event scheduled for March 3, 2022. At this event, typically attended by about 480 parents, students and staff, we award gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for student field trips, activities, assemblies and playground equipment. We are in need of:

Bingo Prizes
Raffles:
Gift Cards
Filled Baskets 
Coupons for Free Services
Tickets for Performances/Sports Events/Shows
In-Kind Donations for us to use as part of our concession stand

We would greatly appreciate any donations (gift cards, merchandise or services) that you can make. Should you make a donation for our Bingo event, your business will be recognized on displays at the event as well as in the school newsletter. Our PTO is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization at a title 1 school, and we will provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax-exempt ID number for your records upon request.
