I am writing on behalf of the Macungie Elementary PTO to request a donation for our Bingo event scheduled for Friday February 23, 2024. At this event, typically attended by close to 400 individuals, we award gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for student field trips, activities, assemblies, teacher stipends and grants for special classroom projects. 

We are looking for the following donations:

• Bingo Prizes and Raffles:

• Gift Cards
• Filled Baskets 
• Monetary Donations
• Coupons for Free Services
• Tickets for Performances/Sports Events/Shows

We would greatly appreciate any donations (monetary, gift cards, merchandise or services) that you can make. Should you make a donation for our Bingo event, your business will be recognized on displays at the event as well as on the school’s Facebook page. Our PTO is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization at a title 1 school, and we will provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax-exempt ID number for your records upon request.
