Bob Kravitz ALS Golf Outing
Golf Tournament for ALS Association - Indiana ChapterAug 09, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
In 2007 Bob Kravitz lost his mother, Edith, to ALS. ALS is a progressive nervous system disease which leads to complete body paralysis and imminent death. There is currently no cure.
The Bob Kravitz Golf Outing is organized not only in memory of Edith but in support of all those impacted by ALS. The outing raises funds for Hoosiers and their families as they navigate the unknown waters of this horrific disease supporting the mission work of The ALS Association Indiana Chapter.
My name is Teresa Lynch, and I am on the committee for the upcoming Bob Kravitz ALS Celebrity Golf Tournament at Highland Golf & Country Club in Indianapolis, IN benefiting the ALS Association Indiana Chapter which takes place on August 2, 2021. There are many Hoosiers that need funds to help with caregiving, equipment and medical expenses, in addition to much needed research and awareness. My e-mail today is to ask if you would consider donating a gift certificate/gift basket for the auction we are having at the golf tournament. As per your request, a letter from the ALS Association as well as the IRS Determination letter are attached.
My father passed away from ALS in 2017, and I will do everything I can to raise funds, bring awareness and support the cause. I would love for you to help make that possible.
Thank you so much for your consideration.
