The ALS Association Indiana Chapter positively impacts the quality of life for patients and caregivers facing the challenges of ALS by providing compassionate support and assistance throughout the entire cycle of their journey.
As the local face of the national fight against ALS, the Indiana Chapter provides funding towards global research and national advocacy efforts to find a cure for this disease.
To whom it may concern: I am on the committee for the upcoming Bob Kravitz ALS Celebrity Golf Tournament at Highland Golf & Country Club in Indianapolis, IN benefiting the ALS Association Indiana Chapter which takes place on August 9, 2021. There are many Hoosiers that need funds to help with caregiving, equipment and medical expenses, in addition to much needed research and awareness. My e-mail today is to ask if the Wine & Canvas would consider donating a gift certificate for the auction we are having at the golf tournament. My dad passed away from ALS in 2017 and I continue to fight for those still battling. Please consider helping with a donation to our silent auction. Thank you!
