The mission of eMpowerment Inc. is to engage our community to increase college access and career readiness for Tennessee students. We achieve this by providing basic resources needed for student success such as backpacks, school supplies and cold weather items to homeless students; facilitating college prep education through our weeklong Empower University summer institute and various workshops throughout the school year; offering early exposure opportunities to various career fields by recruiting presenters for various career day presentations throughout the district; and reducing the financial barrier students face through the administration of scholarships and awards each year. Our Annual Bowling Fundraiser combines online peer-to-peer fundraising, bowling fun and a silent auction to raise funds for our Empower University college prep program and scholarships for students. We are requesting a sponsorship or donation for our silent auction. For your donation, you will be acknowledged verbally and in print at the event itself, online via social media as well as our monthly newsletter and annual impact report.
