We often don’t realize that many men suffer in silence and don’t seek help in the same way that women do.  Because of this, we are now seeing rising rates of mental health stress amongst all age categories of men, especially middle-aged men where suicide rates are the highest in the country.

The Canadian Centre for Men and Families is a social and mental health hub for vulnerable men and boys who have experienced trauma or crisis in their lives.  Through our work, we have identified serious gaps in services for vulnerable men.  Our programs and services are tailored to meet the specific needs of men and boys as well as their families and loved ones.

On June 8, we will celebrate Father’s Day with events in Calgary,  Toronto and Ottawa, followed by the launch of our newest program, Triple P Parenting during Men’s Health Week (June 15-21)  We are asking for your support by donating items/tickets/experiences for our our  event auction.   Proceeds will help support the Triple P program which will assist our clients develop positive partenting skills and relationships with their children as they navigate through their life crisis.
