Description

Dear Sirs or Madam,

Our non-profit Search Dog unit is hosting the 27th Annual Canine Search and Recovery (CSAR) seminar. This  five -day seminar will be held from September 16-20th, 2024 in Rosholt , Wisconsin at the Wisconsin Lions Camp. We expect over 100 dog teams and trainers from across the country.

In an effort to subsidize the enormous cost of hosting this seminar, we are asking for donations of cash, gift certificates/cards, or products you wish to promote. In additon to new products, we welcome overstocks, refurbs or open-box returned items that can be auctioned or raffles to raise funds.

Making a donation will give you the opportunity to directly reach dog handlers and trainers who are extremely influential and active in their communties. Your non-profit donation will be going directly to the training and certification of volunteer search dog handlers and their K9s.

All donating companies will be acknowledged publicly at the event, in the welcome package program, and on social media (website and facebook pages). Companies donating cash or goods can include catalogs or promotional materials in the handler welcome bags. Product samples, logo items and coupons can also be distributed in our welcome bags and are extremely appreciated.

Illinois-Wisconsin Search and Rescue dogs is a 501 (c) all-volunteer search and rescue organization that has helped police and fire departments find lost and missing people for the past 38 years with more than 950 call outs. We never charge for our services. CSAR is a non-profit organization (est.) 1996 devoted to providing quality training of search dogs and their handlers. (www.csar.org)
