The 2022 Gala will take place for June 16th.    It will be an in-person event at the Ballroom at The Ben in Philadelphia and will include a silent auction, a live auction, and a live appeal.  All proceeds benefit our education department directly impacting over 125,000 students and their families. The mission for Walnut Street Theatre's Education Program is to foster a love of learning about all aspects of theatre, to enrich the lives of children-particularly those living in poverty and adults and their communities, to make theatre accessible to all and provide a means of participation in theatre to all, to build audiences for tomorrow, to infuse schools with arts integrated curricula and to encourage the dreams of students young and old to use theatre as a vessel for creative expression, personal growth, skill attainment, and as a means to realize those dreams.
