Local Celebrities volunteer their time to serve a plated dinner to all of the invited guests. Silent auction before and during the dinner. After dinner there is a live auction!

Our celebrity waiters compete for tips from the guests at their assigned table. Each waiter brings an appetizer of their own creation and, if they choose, a little something fun for their guests: party favors, crafts, etc. At the end of the night the waiter with the most amount of money in their tip jar wins a prize.
