Best Buddies is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by providing opportunities for one-to-one friendships,integrated employment and leadership development.    

Through mutually enriching one-to-one friendships, Best Buddies participants are crossing the invisible line that too often separates those with IDD and those without.  Best Buddies is building a more inclusive world, one friendship at a time with more than 40 middle school, high school, college and adult friendship programs throughout the state of North Carolina.   

To support these critical programs, Best Buddies is hosting the 7th annual North Carolina Champion of the Year Gala on October 28 at The Fillmore.  This event offers great visibility for your organization, with over 200 attendees expected and even more participants from throughout the state participating in the virtual silent auction.
