Best Buddies is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by providing opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development.
Through mutually enriching one-to-one friendships, Best Buddies participants are crossing the invisible line that too often separates those with IDD and those without. Best Buddies is building a more inclusive world, one friendship at a time with more than 40 middle school, high school, college and adult friendship programs throughout the state of North Carolina.
