Angels for Change, a non-profit based in Tampa, is holding a Gala on October 9, 2021 to raise funds to continue its work and expand its advocacy. Angels for Change’s purpose is to ensure access to life-saving drugs. Its mission is to drive change, through advocacy and awareness, of the life-saving drug shortage crisis. It is run entirely by volunteers. Eight out of ten drugs used in treating the most common childhood cancers have been temporarily unavailable in the last ten years. In order to keep fighting for patients and driving change, we are holding our first gala both to celebrate what has been achieved and to raise funds to continue our work.
