The mission of CHOICESS is to provide support services to persons with developmental disabilities so that they can live, work and recreate in the community, and for individuals to become interdependent within their community by assisting to build and develop a community network. The agency is committed to insuring that persons with developmental disabilities can obtain the same quality of life that exists for all members of their community.

Please help us by making a contribution to this year's holiday gala, which will be the first in-person gala for our agency since the COVID-19 pandemic. Because the individuals we support were in the high-risk category during the pandemic many of our usual community-based events, including our holiday gala had to be put on hold. We are extremely happy to be able to resume holding an agency-wide celebration this holiday season and are hoping to make it even more special with generous donations from orginzations such as yours. 

Our annual holiday gala will take place on December 5, 2023. When you donate to our event, your contribution will be used as a raffle gift (every individual we support will win a gift) . As a donor, your name will appear as a donor on our website, highlighted in our newsletter, and shared on social media.
