The mission of CHOICESS is to provide support services to persons with developmental disabilities so that they can live, work and recreate in the community, and for individuals to become interdependent within their community by assisting to build and develop a community network. The agency is committed to ensuring that persons with developmental disabilities can obtain the same quality of life that exists for all members of their community.
