The Communnity Outreach Coalition, Inc is a 501 (c) (3) tax-empt organization founded in 2008 that provides community development programs through out the Hampton Roads region in Virigina. Our Educational Talent Search program provides support to 500 Middle and High School students in Portsmouth who desire to go to college. Our Educational Opportunity Center program provides training to 850 adults 18 and older who wnat to get their GED, go to college or start a trade and reside in our community or its surronding cities. 

In April 2024, The Community Outreach Coalition willl host a College & Career Carnival in Portsmouth, Virginia. To help make this vent a sucess for the expected 600 attendees we are asking for donations of admissions passes, gift cards and/or promotional items to be used as prizes.
