This event is being organized by the youth group to bring together differents parts of the community together in a family-friendly, relaxed, fun atmosphere. Thye ahve been inconctact with groups and institutions throughout the city to promote the event.

The youth are in charge of set-up, organizing, running, and cleaning up the event in order to gain practical experience and also help serve the community as a whole.

They also hope to raise funds for their program through opportunity drawings and auctions. The program helps the youth, some in the "at risk" category, with areas like counselling, homework assistance, how to get into college and financial aid, sports teams, and more, in a positive, safe atmosphere.
