Description

I am writing on behalf of Georgia Adopt-A-Stream’s (AAS) Fundraising Committee to specially invite Medieval Times to participate in our 15th annual spring volunteer conference— Georgia Adopt-A-Stream Confluence 2024 on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, March 22nd-24th at Unicoi State Park & Lodge in Helen, GA. We greatly appreciate our relationship with Medieval Times and cannot thank you enough for your support of this event in the past. We would like to share with you the opportunity to help make this year’s conference another success. Confluence 2024 features our volunteer awards celebration, a student and volunteer water science research poster session, and presentations and workshops on a wide range of topics within the water quality sphere. Your sponsorship helps support these and many other programmatic and educational opportunities at Confluence! More information about the event can be found on the AAS Confluence web page. We would like to invite Medieval Times to be a part of this event by providing tickets for our silent auction. In return, Medieval Times will receive recognition on the Adopt-A-Stream website and conference program. Please kindly respond by March 1, 2024. Georgia Adopt-A-Stream and the Environmental Education Alliance of Georgia (www.eealliance.org) have partnered on this statewide conference to allow our sponsors to take advantage of the 501(c)(3) status of the Alliance. AAS Confluence offers a wonderful opportunity to showcase your organization and support the steadfast volunteers helping to protect and improve Georgia’s waterways. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Jean Brown Board Member, Georgia Adopt-A-Stream
