I am writing on behalf of the Friends and Foundation of the Arlington Public Library. This year, we are celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the library with the Continue the Dream gala on November 4, 2023.

To honor this special occasion, our Event Committee and I respectfully request your consideration of a donation for inclusion in the silent auction. It would be an honor to have your partnership in raising awareness and funds to provide new furniture, fixtures, and equipment for branches throughout the Dream City.

The gala will be hosted at Inclusion Coffee, across the street from the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library. With a roaring 20’s theme, live jazz, dance demonstrations, and more, it will be a fun and exciting evening. The library’s evolution over the past 100 years will be featured in various media presentations and our Director of Libraries, Norma Zuniga, will present the plans for building updates.  We anticipate 150 attendees.
