Description

We are excited to be hosting our annual gala in person this year!  And, it will be extra special, as it's are 25th Anniversary!  This evening will be full of fellowship and fun.  We begin the evening with a nice dinner, followed by entertainment from ComedySportz.  Throughout the evening a silent auction will be running that will be full of lots of wonderful items for your household, to use as gifts, or just for fun.  We will end the evening with a live aution.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Community Partners with Youth(CPY)'s after school and summer programs.

Community Partners with Youth (CPY) began in 1997 with the mission of supporting New Brighton/Mounds View area families by nurturing kindergarten through eighth grade children with high-quality out of school programs.  As a staple organization for 25 years, CPY has proven to be great and necessary for our community. By providing high-quality and free programming that caters to the unique needs of low-income and transient youth, CPY has demonstrated a measurable reduction in juvenile crime.  Our programming is a combination of mentoring relationships, education, exercise, and creative arts enrichment along with prevention activities provided to over 520 youth each year.  Students from Highview Middle School, Bel-Air and Sunnyside Elementary Schools and beyond have a safe place to enhance and improve their academic skills, build positive relationships, and break the cycle of poverty.

The CPY vision is to:

●       Build strong families and healthy beginnings for New Brighton and Mounds View area youth,

●       Provide safe and enriching programs for ALL children during after-school and summer hours – times when they are most likely to be unsupervised and at risk, and

●       Collaborate with the community for the well-being of our youth.

The work of CPY is supported by tax deductible contributions made by individuals, companies, and organizations and we need your help to continue and grow.
