Creating Connected Communities (CCC) is an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization (Tax ID # 27-1926563) with the mission of bring life-enhancing programs to children experiencing hardship by empowering teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers. CCC’s year-round programs serve over 5,000 children in need from homeless shelters, foster care networks, refugee centers and Title 1 schools and provide hundreds of teens with meaningful, hands-on volunteer opportunities. 
 
On May 1, 2022 CCC will be holding its 10th Annual Poker Tournament and Raffle Fundraiser to support our community outreach projects. This fundraiser is a popular and well-attended annual event. 
 
CCC is requesting in-kind donations to be used at our event. You will be recognized as an integral part of our organization, helping us further our mission of providing life-enhancing programs to children in need.
