Description
The Meriden Humane Society will be represented at the City of Meriden's annual Daffodil Festival. Our presence will include walking in the parade with not only our adoptable dogs but also alumni pets who have been adopted from us in the past. To raise funds at this event, we will have a raffle table in the event area where we will not only advocate and sell merchandise, but also hold a live raffle at the close of the event. We are requesting both raffle prizes and giveaways to support our cause. The money raised at this event goes towards the overall care of the dogs and cats at our shelter, and towards rescuing dogs and cats from adverse (homeless/stray) & abusive situations.
