Division Avenue High School PTSA will be hosting their Sixteenth annual “Division Avenue Sweeps” on Friday, March 4th, 2016. This event will be held at Division Avenue High School, 120 Division Avenue, Levittown, N.Y., from 7:00PM to 10:00PM. We anticipate approximately 500 guests. “Division Avenue Sweeps” is played much like the childhood game, bingo. Instead of cash prizes, winners will receive gift baskets and door prizes donated by individuals such as you.

Children are our future and we strive to provide them with the best education possible. The proceeds of this event enable the DAHS PTSA to give an award to all students that have at least a 75 academic average and will be attending an institute of higher education. All funds are distributed equally among all students that apply and have met the criteria. We firmly believe that all children should have the opportunity to further their education after high school. For some, this may be the only monetary award they obtain.

In order to make this event a success and provide awards to our students, we are asking for donations of services, products, tickets, etc. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated. The gift baskets are the highlight of the evening. Each individual, organization or community member that makes a donation will be acknowledged in a school publication (which will be distributed that evening), the Division Avenue High School PTSA newsletter, the PTSA “Facebook” page, the Levittown school district website as well as a thank you letter from the Division Avenue High School PTSA.
