We are hosting our Fourth Annual Dave's Compass of Hope Golf Tournament on September 30th, 2023 at The Ridges of Sand Creek in Jordan, MN.  After losing my son David to suicide, we wanted to focus our grief on making a difference.  We started Dave's Compass of Hope to raise awareness of mental health and suicide prevention.  We have been active at our local city events by having a booth where we can share resources and we believe by just being present, we can raise awareness and lessen the stigma associated with mental illness. The funds raised through our silent/live auctions along with sponsorships has been donated to The National Alliance for Mental Illness Minnesora Chapter.  Our Board of Directors is made up of individuals who have all directly been affected by loss of a loved one through suicide.  We have been able to raise more than $34,000.00 through our efforts.  We are looking to grow and continue to make a difference through our hard work.
