TLC's mission is to improve case outcomes for abused and neglected children by enhancing the quality of legal services they receive, by raising public awareness, and by facilitating improvement in systems that serve children and families. The most important decisions about an abused or neglected child's future are made in court. TLC exists to help ensure that those decisions are the best possible for the child.

Through funding and help from businesses like you, we are able to provide a huge online database loaded with excellent resources for attorneys with child abuse cases. We offer online trauma-informed trainings that teach attorneys how to appropriately respond to traumatized children and better represent them. We also facilitate an Education Advocate program where we recruit pro bono attorneys and train them, so they can better represent abused foster children and offer them hope for a brighter future.

Denim & Dreams is a benefit concert taking place at one of our local Dallas brewerys, Community Beer Company on May 2, 2024, from 6-9pm. Tickets are $100 in advance and $125 at the door. We will be serving appitizers and providing an open bar to our guests. We will raise awareness of our mission and host a live auction, emceed by WFAA Channel 8 Anchor, Jason Wheeler. We will have a silent auction as well. We are currently looking for sponsors as well as live and silent auction items.
