Description
Greater Excellence in Education Foundation is hosting an evening glow 5k run and walk. The proceeds from this event will purchase technology for students in need to ensure all youth have needed tools to engage in quality learning. Approximately 10,000 students attending Harford County Public Schools lives at or below the poverty level.
Participants will run/walk on a course at dusk. The course will have designated glow areas and the course will have lighting effects. All participants will receive a t shirt, race bag and glow necklaces.
The after run party will have a DJ, black lights, laser lights and food trucks. Top runners in each category will be medaled.
