Financially, the success of our gala has allowed us better to fund the operations of all of our clubs. Specifically in the scope of increased pay for our direct child care teams at each club. As a nonprofit, it is a challenge to compete with the pay of the oil and gas industries in the Permian Basin. Even our fast food chains are increasing wages that you see nowhere else. So we must add value to our staff through professional development, better benefits, attractive PTO plans, flexible working hours, and competitive pay. Our gala has continued to grow in profit to allow us to do this for our staff in Midland & Odessa. This event can cover the salaries of all of our club staff for one year which allows us to only charge $1 a day per child throughout the year. 

This success of this event comes from creating an experience for all 820+ attendees. Each year our theme changes and with it so does our entertainment. For four years we have brought top comedians to West Texas who normally would not come out to perform. This exclusive event includes dinner, games and a live band. We rotate this event each year between Midland & Odessa to broaden our impact reach. Throughout the event we share how The Club & our Youth Sports Impact over 5,000 kids per year.
