Description
Rubber Duck Race - will be livestreamed this year. Community "adopts" rubber duck and are assigned a numbered duck. The ducks are dumped into local creek and the first 35 across the finish line win a prize. We are seeking prize donations. Navarro ISD is one of the fastest growing communities in the San Antonio area. Thousands of homes are planned for development in our community at the moment. The Navarro Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that supports the school district with classroom grants for innovative ideas that cannot be funded within the regular NISD budget. The goal is to enrich our students' learning experience, and with the growth we are experiencing at such a rapid pace, the need is great.
