Larry Greene was a beloved teacher and coach at CB East High School for over 20 years, who passed away in 2013 from Multiple Myeloma.  In conjunction with his wife, Vivian, we award two scholarships per year to graduating seniors who exemplify Larry’s characteristics.  As a coach, mentor and friend, Larry encouraged many students to dig deep to overcome personal challenges. Larry's passion for life and overwhelmingly positive attitude, even during the time of great personal struggle, made him an inspiration to all.

We know that this has been a crazy year, and we are pleased to be able to even have the outing after cancelling last year’s event.  We have different events throughout the year at our school to raise awareness about Multiple Myeloma, and to also raise money for the scholarship.  The Golf Outing is our largest fundraiser by far.
