Eisner Health is a federally qualified non-profit community health center, servicing children, families, and seniors throughout Los Angeles County. As one of the largest providers of accessible, low-cost health care and related supportive services, we have first-hand knowledge of the tremendous dedication and sacrifice our front-line heroes make each day to deliver exceptional care to our patients, especially during the pandemic.

On Friday, October 28th, Eisner Health will host its Health Care Worker Appreciation and Wellness Fair! This is our opportunity to give back and say thanks! Your In-Kind-Donation will support us in realigning health care workers with their personal health and wellness goals, while uplifting moral, so that they are reenergized and ready to continue giving amazing care!

Here’s what we need:

 ·        Raffle prizes. Example: electronics, spa packages, travel, sporting events, health & fitness items, gift cards, dinner packages, theme park tickets, movie tickets, local tours, shows, entertainment, activities, performances.

·       Product donations.

You will receive recognition at the event and on Eisner Health’s social media. You may also have a table at our event, with exposure to over 500 employees (including doctors, dentists, nurses, and more), whom you can distribute and promote your company’s information and resources.

The theme of our event is “All Together Now.” It reminds us that simple, daily acts of kindness, like helping a colleague make positive choices or supporting a patient in need, can lead to healthier lives for each of us today, and stronger, happier communities, tomorrow.
