Eisner Health is a federally qualified non-profit community health center, servicing children, families, and seniors throughout Los Angeles County. As one of the largest providers of accessible, low-cost health care and related supportive services, we work to address disparities and improve health care outcomes for patients in over 300 zip codes. Our mission is a commitment to serve all in our community, regardless of one's ability to pay. The majority of our patients live in urban neighborhoods that are densely populated with large multi-generational families, challenged by high rates of chronic disease and shorter life expectancies. We connect patients and their families to social, legal, and educational services, treating all people with the dignity and care they deserve.
